The wall-climbing robot capable of actively adjusting the angle of the magnet assembly comprises a walking module, the walking module comprises a support, wheels are connected to the two ends of a center shaft on the support, and a first worm gear, a third worm gear and a second worm gear are sequentially and rotatably connected to the center shaft in the axial direction of the center shaft; the first worm gear, the second worm gear and the third worm gear are respectively driven by independent worms to rotate, and the worms are connected with the support; the first magnet assembly is connected with a first chain wheel through a first chain, and the first chain wheel is connected to a first worm wheel. The second magnet assembly is connected with a second chain wheel through a second chain, and the second chain wheel is connected to a second worm wheel. The third magnet assembly is connected with the third worm wheel, and the first magnet assembly and the second magnet assembly are both hinged to the third magnet assembly. The angle of the magnet assembly can be actively adjusted, the adaptability of the robot to the crawling wall face is effectively improved, and the working reliability of the robot on the complex wall face is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种可主动调节磁铁组件角度的爬壁机器人,包括行走模组,行走模组包括支座,支座上中心轴的两端均连接有车轮,中心轴上沿中心轴的轴向依次可转动地连接有第一蜗轮、第三蜗轮和第二蜗轮,第一蜗轮、第二蜗轮和第三蜗轮分别由独立的蜗杆驱动旋转,蜗杆和支座相连接;第一磁铁组件通过第一链条和第一链轮相连接,第一链轮连接在第一蜗轮上;第二磁铁组件通过第二链条和第二链轮相连接,第二链轮连接在第二蜗轮上;第三磁铁组件和第三蜗轮相连接,第一磁铁组件和第二磁铁组件均与第三磁铁组件相铰接。本发明可以主动调整磁铁组件的角度,有效提高了机器人对爬行壁面的适应性,保证机器人在复杂壁面的工作可靠性。
