The invention provides a super decision result obtaining method and device, electronic equipment and an automatic driving vehicle, and relates to the field of artificial intelligence such as automatic driving, computer vision and sensors. The method comprises the following steps: determining a target obstacle having a spatial intersection point with a to-be-processed vehicle, wherein the spatial intersection point comprises a position point through which both the to-be-processed vehicle and the target obstacle can pass within a future predetermined duration; for each target obstacle, the following processing is carried out: a safe way-giving acceleration interval and a safe overtaking acceleration interval of a to-be-processed vehicle relative to the target obstacle are acquired, and the acceleration is the acceleration of the to-be-processed vehicle; and in combination with the safe way-giving acceleration interval and the safe overtaking acceleration interval corresponding to each target obstacle, respectively determining a way-giving decision result corresponding to each target obstacle, the way-giving decision result being way-giving or overtaking. By applying the scheme of the invention, the implementation complexity can be reduced, and the accuracy of a decision result can be improved.

    本公开提供了让超决策结果获取方法、装置、电子设备及自动驾驶车辆,涉及自动驾驶、计算机视觉以及传感器等人工智能领域。其中的方法可包括:确定与待处理车辆存在空间交点的目标障碍物,所述空间交点包括:待处理车辆与目标障碍物在未来预定时长内均会经过的位置点;针对各目标障碍物,分别进行以下处理:获取待处理车辆相对于目标障碍物的安全让行加速度区间以及安全超车加速度区间,所述加速度为待处理车辆的加速度;结合各目标障碍物对应的安全让行加速度区间以及安全超车加速度区间,分别确定出各目标障碍物对应的让超决策结果,所述让超决策结果为让行或超车。应用本公开所述方案,可降低实现复杂度及提升决策结果的准确性等。
