The invention relates to a digital hydraulic control system of a slewing mechanism and a crane. The digital hydraulic control system of the slewing mechanism comprises a controller, a motor, a digital valve, a central slewing body, a hydraulic motor, a hydraulic pump, the slewing mechanism and a base body, wherein the hydraulic pump is fixed on the base body; the center rotary body is connected to the base body, and the rotary mechanism drives the center rotary body to rotate through a shifting fork to form a mechanical closed loop with the digital valve. The hydraulic motor is fixed on the rotary mechanism and is in pipeline connection with the digital valve and the hydraulic pump through an oil duct in the central rotary body; and the digital valve is integrated on the central rotary body and forms mechanical closed-loop connection. Through mechanical closed-loop connection of the digital valve and the central rotary body, digital hydraulic control of the rotary mechanism can be realized by directly adopting a traditional hydraulic motor, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced; direct contact between the digital valve and the slewing mechanism is avoided, direct influences of start-stop impact, shaking and the like of the slewing mechanism on the digital valve are reduced, and the service life of the digital valve is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种回转机构数字液压控制系统及起重机,回转机构数字液压控制系统包括控制器、电机、数字阀、中心回转体、液压马达、液压泵、回转机构、基体;其中,液压泵固定在基体上;中心回转体连接在基体上,回转机构通过拨叉带动中心回转体转动,与数字阀形成机械闭环;液压马达固定在回转机构上,并通过中心回转体内部油道与数字阀和液压泵管路连接;数字阀集成在中心回转体上并构成机械闭环连接。本发明通过数字阀与中心回转体的机械闭环连接,直接采用传统液压马达即可实现回转机构的数字液压控制,降低制造成本;并且避免数字阀与回转机构直接接触,降低回转机构启停冲击、晃动等对数字阀的直接影响,提升数字阀工作寿命。
