The bearing part in the slewing mechanism can be lubricated so as to prevent the friction force of the bearing from being increased after long-time use to influence normal rotation, the slewing mechanism is driven in the lubricating process through rotation of the slewing mechanism, lubricating oil is dropwise added to the position of the bearing, and therefore extra power is not needed, and the service life of the slewing mechanism is prolonged. In addition, redundant lubricating oil is accumulated at the inner bottom of the outer column casing and flows back into the lubricating box through the oil return pipe, and therefore waste cannot be caused.
