The integrated gantry crane mechanism comprises a fixed base, a first adjusting seat is movably installed on the outer surface of one end of the fixed base, a second adjusting seat is movably installed on the outer surface of the other end of the fixed base, and lifting clamping seats are movably installed on the upper portion of the first adjusting seat and the upper portion of the second adjusting seat correspondingly; triangular push blocks are mounted at the two ends of the lifting clamping base in a spliced mode, arc-shaped grooves are formed in the bottoms of the triangular push blocks, and the first adjusting base and the second adjusting base are each of an L-shaped structure as a whole. A threaded structure of a second adjusting rod is used for driving a second telescopic plate, the second telescopic plate and a fixed base are fixedly connected, the distance between two sets of lifting clamping bases can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the second telescopic plate, and therefore the two sets of lifting clamping bases can be matched with one-piece gantry structures with different widths; and by arranging the first adjusting seat and the second adjusting seat, the travelling crane mechanism has a bidirectional adjusting structure, and the application range of the travelling crane mechanism is widened.

    本发明公开连体式龙门行车机构,包括固定底座,所述固定底座的一端外表面活动安装有第一调节座,且固定底座的另一端外表面活动安装有第二调节座,所述第一调节座和第二调节座的上部均活动安装有升降卡座,所述升降卡座的两端均拼接安装有三角推块,且三角推块的底部设有弧形凹槽,所述第一调节座和第二调节座的整体均为L型结构;利用第二调节杆的螺纹结构驱动第二伸缩板,第二伸缩板和固定底座之间为固定连接的,利用第二伸缩板的位置调节,可以调整两组升降卡座之间的间距,使得两组升降卡座之间可以适配不同宽度的连体式龙门结构,通过设置第一调节座和第二调节座,使得该行车机构具有双向调节结构,提升其适用范围。
