The invention discloses an anti-swing butting mechanism of a hydraulic automatic crane and a using method of the anti-swing butting mechanism. The crane anti-swing butting mechanism includes a hydraulic arm connected with the crane, and rod sleeves sleeving the bottoms of nuts are arranged below the nuts. The matching of arranged telescopic sleeves, telescopic rods and connecting rods, the function of stretching is achieved. In the stretching process, the telescopic sleeves, the telescopic rods and the connecting rods can be matched with a stabilizing plate to realize the control of the telescopic sleeves, the telescopic rods and the connecting rods over the position of the stabilizing plate, so that when a steel wire rope and a hook are moved, an object is prevented from swinging greatlyduring the movement. When the object needs to be lifted, the length of the steel wire rope is less than or equal to the total length of the telescopic sleeves, the telescopic rods and the connecting rods, the butt joint without shaking can be realized. Through the matching of the arranged nuts and threaded rods, the function of jacking up the stabilizing plate in the lifting process can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种液压式自动起重机防摇摆对接机构及其使用方法,包括与起重机连接的液压臂,所述螺母的下方设置有套设在螺母底部的杆套;通过设置的伸缩套、伸缩杆和连接杆的配合,从而实现拉伸的功能,在拉伸的过程中伸缩套、伸缩杆和连接杆与稳定板的配合,能够实现伸缩套、伸缩杆和连接杆起到控制稳定板的位置,从而在钢丝绳和挂钩进行移动的时候实现防止在移动的过程中物体出现较大幅度的晃动,当需要吊取物体的时候,所放取的钢丝绳长度与伸缩套、伸缩杆和连接杆总长度短或者相等的时候,就能够实现无晃动的对接,通过设置的螺母和螺纹杆的配合,能够起到对稳定板进行提升过程中进行顶起的功能。
