The invention discloses a commercial vehicle electronic control air suspension height control method based on an adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm, and the method comprises a fuzzy PID controller which calculates PID control parameters according to a height sensor signal and a formulated fuzzy rule, and achieves the precise control of the suspension height. The method has the advantages that the self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller automatically adjusts PID control parameters according to actual working conditions, the phenomenon of over-charging or over-discharging of the air spring is effectively avoided, and the suspension height control precision is improved.

    本发明公开一种基于自适应模糊PID算法的商用车电控空气悬架高度控制方法,包括一种模糊PID控制器,所述模糊PID控制器根据高度传感器信号和制定好的模糊规则计算出PID的控制参数,实现悬架高度的精确控制。本发明的优点是自适应模糊PID控制器根据实际的工作工况自动调整PID控制参数,有效避免空气弹簧过充或过放的现象,提高了悬架高度控制的精度。
