The invention discloses a commercial vehicle electric control air suspension height smooth control method which comprises the following steps: when the vehicle speed is zero, determining the duty ratio of an electromagnetic valve PWM control signal by adopting a height tracking PD/PID control mode; when the vehicle speed is greater than zero, determining whether to automatically switch the targetheight of a vehicle according to the current target height of the vehicle and a first set condition; and determining whether to perform height stability adjustment or not according to a second set condition, wherein the height stability adjustment is to determine the duty ratio of the electromagnetic valve PWM control signal by adopting the height tracking PD/PID control mode. A static and dynamicheight smooth closed-loop tracking control strategy of the whole vehicle is designed, different modes such as height tracking PD/PD/dead zone control, height switching control and height stability control are adopted to control the duty ratio of the electromagnetic valve PWM control signal according to different driving states of the vehicle, and the problems of overcharge, overdischarge and oscillation of vehicle height control are solved. And the driving smoothness and the riding comfort of the vehicle are improved.

    本发明公开了一种商用车电控空气悬架高度平滑控制方法,当车速为零时,采用高度跟踪PD/PID控制方式确定电磁阀PWM控制信号的占空比;当车速大于零时,根据车辆当前的目标高度及第一设定条件确定是否自动切换车辆目标高度;根据第二设定条件确定是否进行高度稳定性调节,所述高度稳定性调节为采用高度跟踪PD/PID控制方式确定电磁阀PWM控制信号的占空比。本发明设计整车静、动态高度平滑闭环跟踪控制策略,根据车辆所在的不同行驶状态分别采用高度跟踪PD/PID/死区控制、高度切换控制、高度稳定控制等不同方式来控制电磁阀PWM控制信号占空比的大小,解决了车辆高度控制“过充”、“过放”和“震荡”的问题,提高了车辆行驶平顺性和乘坐舒适性。
