The invention discloses an air suspension vehicle body height control method, and relates to the technical field of vehicle braking. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining current heightsof a front axle and a rear axle; using a vehicle height control unit to adopt an internally preset vehicle body height control and adjustment strategy; and through controlling an on-off state of an electromagnetic valve related to vehicle height adjustment, adjusting the front axle and the rear axle to target heights from respective current heights. For a vehicle provided with a small inflation source, namely a compressor and an air storage tank, a vehicle body height control and adjustment strategy is designed, an error range is set in the strategy, and the vehicle body height can be effectively adjusted; and compared with a traditional control method, by using the method of the invention, an influence caused by a large pitch angle can be effectively avoided, riding comfort of passengersis improved, and operation stability of the vehicle is increased.
本发明公开了一种空气悬架车身高度的控制方法,涉及车辆制动技术领域,包括以下步骤:分别获取前桥和后桥的当前高度;车高控制单元采用内部预设的车身高度控制调节策略,通过控制与车高调节有关的电磁阀通断状态,将前桥和后桥从各自的当前高度分别调整至目标高度,针对安装有较小充气源即压缩机和储气罐的车辆,设计了一种车身高度控制调节策略,在其中设置了误差范围,不仅可以有效地调节车身高度,相比于传统的控制方法,也可有效避免较大俯仰角的产生带来的影响,既提高了乘客乘坐舒适性,又增加了车辆的操纵稳定性。
