The invention provides a height adjusting method of an air suspension, an electronic control unit and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of automobile suspensions. According to the method, in response to an input suspension operation mode selection instruction, a target suspension operation mode corresponding to the suspension operation mode selection instruction is determined, the suspension operation mode is the operation mode of an air suspension in each life cycle of a vehicle, and the life cycle comprises at least one of a factory period, a transportation period, a driving period, a collision period and a test period; determining a target suspension height corresponding to the target suspension operation mode; and according to the target suspension height, the height of the vehicle air suspension is adjusted. The method can be suitable for height adjustment of the air suspension in various life cycles and different application scenes of the vehicle, and the requirements of a user for vehicle comfort and safety are met.
