The present invention relates to a height-adjusting vehicle suspension using a fluid, the suspension comprising: a height-adjusting cylinder which is provided on the lower portion of a vehicle body, has a piston and a piston rod which are lifted by hydraulic pressure, and is halved into an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder by means of the piston; buffer pockets which are connected to the height-adjusting cylinder so as to absorb shock caused by the hydraulic pressure inside the height-adjusting cylinder; a pressure maintenance pocket which is connected to the height-adjusting cylinder so as to supply a fluid to the inside of the upper cylinder or the lower cylinder; a pumping device which supplies the fluid to the pressure maintenance pocket so as to enable the pressure inside the pressure maintenance pocket to be maintained at a level that is within a predetermined high pressure range; and a return pocket which communicates with the height-adjusting cylinder and the pumping device so as to receive the fluid from the height-adjusting cylinder and supply the fluid to the pumping device. In addition, the height-adjusting cylinder receives the fluid from the pressure maintenance pocket, thereby lifting the piston and the piston rod and thus enabling the height of the vehicle body to be adjusted. In addition, according to the present invention, the effect is gained of being able to provide a suspension having quick response characteristics even when having a small-capacity pumping device, by means of a working fluid, such as air or the fluid, flowing rapidly by means of a pressure difference among the pockets, which each comprise an outer tube formed from a metal material and an inner tube having elastic force, the elastic force of the inner tubes, and the swift opening/closing of valves.

    La présente invention concerne une suspension de véhicule à réglage de hauteur utilisant un fluide, la suspension comprenant : un cylindre de réglage de hauteur qui est disposé sur la partie inférieure d'une carrosserie de véhicule, comprend un piston et une tige de piston qui sont soulevés par pression hydraulique et est divisé en deux en un cylindre supérieur et un cylindre inférieur au moyen du piston ; des poches de tampon qui sont reliées au cylindre de réglage de hauteur de façon à absorber un choc provoqué par la pression hydraulique à l'intérieur du cylindre de réglage de hauteur ; une poche de maintien de pression qui est reliée au cylindre de réglage de hauteur de façon à fournir un fluide à l'intérieur du cylindre supérieur ou du cylindre inférieur ; un dispositif de pompage qui fournit le fluide à la poche de maintien de pression de façon à permettre à la pression à l'intérieur de la poche de maintien de pression d'être maintenue à un niveau qui se trouve dans une plage de pression élevée prédéterminée ; et une poche de retour qui communique avec le cylindre de réglage de hauteur et le dispositif de pompage de façon à recevoir le fluide provenant du cylindre de réglage de hauteur et à fournir le fluide au dispositif de pompage. De plus, le cylindre de réglage de hauteur reçoit le fluide de la poche de maintien de pression, ce qui soulève le piston et la tige de piston et permet ainsi d'ajuster la hauteur de la carrosserie de véhicule.     본 발명은 유체를 이용한 차량용 높이조절식 현가장치에 관한 것으로, 차체의 하부에 마련되며, 유압에 의해 승강되는 피스톤과 피스톤로드를 구비하고, 상기 피스톤에 의해 상부실린더와 하부실린더로 이분되는 높이조절 실린더와, 상기 높이조절 실린더에 연결되어, 상기 높이조절 실린더 내부의 유압에 의한 충격을 흡수하는 완충포켓과, 상기 높이조절 실린더와 연결되며, 상기 상부실린더 또는 하부실린더의 내부에 유체를 공급하는 충압포켓과, 상기 충압포켓에 유체를 공급하여, 상기 충압포켓 내부의 압력이 기설정된 고압 범위 내에서 유지될 수 있도록 하는 펌핑장치와, 상기 높이조절 실린더 및 펌핑장치와 연통되어, 상기 높이조절 실린더로부터 유체를 공급받아 상기 펌핑장치에 유체를 공급하는 귀환포켓을 포함한다. 그리고, 상기 높이조절 실린더는, 상기 충압포켓으로부터 유체를 공급받아 상기 피스톤과 피스톤로드를 승강시켜, 상기 차체의 높이를 조절할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명에 따르면, 금속재의 외관과 탄성력을 갖는 내관으로 마련되는 각 포켓간의 압력차, 내관의 탄성력 및 밸브의 신속한 개폐에 의해 공기 또는 유체와 같은 작동 유체가 신속하게 유동됨으로써, 소용량의 펌핑장치를 구비하면서도 신속한 응답특성을 갖는 현가장치를 제공할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
