The invention relates to a commercial vehicle self-adaptive air suspension system and a control method. The system comprises a front axle left air bag, a front axle right air bag, a first electromagnetic valve, a drive axle left air bag, a drive axle right air bag, a second electromagnetic valve, a follow-up axle left air bag, a follow-up axle right air bag, a lifting axle air bag and a third electromagnetic valve. A vehicle sensor acquisition signal and a cab switching signal are received through an ECU control unit, thus analyzing the real-time data of the whole vehicle and judging the driving condition of the current vehicle; a target height decision is made to control the electromagnetic valve to inflate and deflate the air bag so as to achieve an optimum driving state. The suspensionsystem has the advantages that the basic requirements of a user for driving smoothness and riding comfort can be met, compared with a traditional suspension system, the disclosed suspension system hasbetter driving performance and energy conservation and emission reduction performance, meanwhile, the self-adaptive adjusting capacity can reduce frequent operation of a driver, and therefore the suspension system is more convenient to use and more comfortable.

    本发明涉及一种商用车自适应空气悬架系统及控制方法,该空气悬架系统,包括前桥左气囊、前桥右气囊、第一电磁阀、驱动桥左气囊、驱动桥右气囊、第二电磁阀、随动桥左气囊、随动桥右气囊、提升桥气囊和第三电磁阀,通过ECU控制单元接收车用传感器采集信号和驾驶室开关信号,分析整车实时数据并判定当前车辆的行驶工况,进而做出目标高度决策以控制电磁阀对气囊进行充放气,以达到一种最佳的行驶状态,不仅能够满足用户对驾驶平顺性和乘坐舒适性的基本要求,相比传统的悬架系统驱动性和节能减排性也会更优,同时这种自适应调节能力还能够减少驾驶员的频繁操作因而更加便捷和舒适。
