The invention provides a driving path planning method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: monitoring obtained first reference information in a process of carrying out path planning according to the first reference information; if it is judged that the obtained first reference information does not meet the preset first reference condition, target reference information used for track planning is selected from all the candidate reference information according to the driving environment where the target vehicle is located; determining a first direction for guiding the target vehicle to move according to the target reference information; determining a second direction in which the target vehicle avoids each obstacle according to the position of each obstacle around the target vehicle; and determining a driving path of the target vehicle according to the first direction and the second direction. The above path planning scheme has higher applicability and effectiveness.
