The invention discloses a high-cutting-resistance rubber composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The invention belongs to the field of rubber materials and preparation thereof. The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the existing modified composite rubber is not high in cutting resistance. The material is prepared from olefin rubber, reinforcing filler, zinc oxide, stearic acid, a plasticizer, a coupling agent, sulfur, an accelerant and an anti-aging agent, the olefin rubber is formed by mixing butadiene rubber, butadiene styrene rubber and iron-based butadiene-isoprene rubber, the molecular weight of the iron-based butadiene-isoprene rubber is 60-200w, and the sum of the content of vinyl and allyl side groups is 10-40%. The material disclosed by the invention is applied as tire tread rubber. According to the invention, the iron-based butadiene-isoprene rubber with ultrahigh molecular weight and specific side group ratio is introduced into a rubber system, so that the cutting resistance of the rubber material is effectively improved.

    一种高抗切割橡胶复合材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明属于橡胶材料及其制备领域。本发明的目的是为了解决现有改性复合橡胶抗切割性能不高的的技术问题。本发明的材料由烯烃类橡胶、补强填料、氧化锌、硬脂酸、增塑剂、偶联剂、硫磺、促进剂和防老剂制备而成,烯烃类橡胶由顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、铁系丁戊橡胶混合而成,铁系丁戊橡胶分子量为60~200w,乙烯基和丙烯基侧基含量之和为10~40%。本发明的材料作为轮胎胎面胶应用。本发明通过在橡胶体系中引入超高分子量以及特定侧基比例的铁系丁戊橡胶,有效改善了橡胶材料的抗切割性能。
