The invention relates to a rubber nano composite material, in particular to a preparation method and application of a wet-process mixed rubber master batch containing trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber and a composite material. The composite material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 95 parts of wet-process mixed rubber master batch, 0 to 20 parts of natural rubber NR, 0 to 15 parts of butadiene rubber BR, 5 to 15 parts of trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber TBIR, 0 to 60 parts of other rubber, 0 to 30 parts of carbon black, 0.3 to 5 parts of accelerant, 0.3 to 8 parts of sulfur, 1 to 4.5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 to 9 parts of stearic acid, 1 to 5 parts of anti-aging agent and 0 to 20 parts of other auxiliaries. According to the rubber compound master batch, a wet mixing technology is adopted, a large amount of filler and rubber are firstly dispersed, master batch with the filler and auxiliaries well dispersed is prepared, then the master batch and other rubber are mixed and vulcanized, and environmental pollution in the preparation process is reduced. The composite vulcanized rubber is improved in fatigue resistance and wear resistance and reduced in rolling resistance, and can be applied to treads, sidewalls, upper triangular parts and damping elastic element products of all-steel truck tires and all-steel or semi-steel car tires.
本发明涉及一种橡胶纳米复合材料,尤其涉及一种含反式丁戊橡胶的湿法混炼胶母胶及复合材料的制备方法和应用。该复合材料按重量份计由以下的成份组成:湿法混炼胶母胶20~95份,天然橡胶NR 0~20份,顺丁橡胶BR 0~15份,反式丁戊橡胶TBIR 5~15份,其他橡胶0~60份,炭黑0~30份,促进剂0.3~5份,硫黄0.3~8份,氧化锌1~4.5份,硬脂酸1~9份,防老剂1~5份,其他助剂0~20份。该混炼胶母胶采用湿法混炼技术,将大量的填料与橡胶先分散,制备了填料和助剂良好分散的母胶,再与其他橡胶进行混炼和硫化,减少了制备中的环境污染。该复合材料硫化胶耐疲劳性能和耐磨性提高,滚动阻力降低,可应用于全钢卡车胎、全刚或半钢轿车胎的胎面、胎侧、上三角部位,减振弹性元件制品。
