本发明提供了一种高性能白炭黑/环氧化橡胶纳米复合材料及其制备方法和应用。所述高性能白炭黑/环氧化橡胶纳米复合材料,包括环氧化橡胶、白炭黑、氨基硅烷偶联剂、表面活性剂A、活化剂、增塑剂、防老剂、促进剂、硫化剂在内的组分;制备方法为:先将白炭黑、氨基硅烷偶联剂、表面活性剂A、溶剂A混合均匀得到白炭黑浆液,与环氧化橡胶胶液混合均匀后,脱挥、干燥得到白炭黑/环氧化橡胶母胶,再加入其他助剂进行混炼均匀,硫化后得到。制备的白炭黑/环氧化橡胶纳米复合材料中的白炭黑分散更好,温升和滚动阻力较低,提升了抗湿滑性能,用于轮胎胎面,具有更高的安全性,同时降低了燃油消耗。
