According to the invention, the white carbon black and the rubber material are modified by using the coarse carbon dots, and the low-rolling-resistance rubber nano composite material is obtained after mixing; the tensile property and the tearing property of the low-rolling-resistance rubber nano composite material are improved. Vulcanized rubber is obtained by vulcanizing the low-rolling-resistance rubber nano composite material, the rolling resistance coefficient of the vulcanized rubber serving as tread rubber is small, and a tire product prepared from the vulcanized rubber has lower rolling resistance and has a great oil-saving advantage when applied to green tires.
本发明涉及一种橡胶材料,进一步地说,是涉及一种低滚阻橡胶纳米复合材料及其制备方法、应用、制备的硫化胶。本发明利用粗碳点对白炭黑和胶料进行修饰改性,经混炼后得到一种低滚阻橡胶纳米复合材料;该低滚阻橡胶纳米复合材料的拉伸、撕裂性能提高。采用该低滚阻橡胶纳米复合材料硫化获得硫化胶,采用该硫化胶作为胎面胶的滚动阻力系数小,采用该硫化胶制备的轮胎产品具有更低的滚动阻力,运用在绿色轮胎上具有较大的节油优势。
