The invention aims to further improve the effective damping temperature range and damping factor of the rubber material under the condition of ensuring that the rubber material has excellent mechanical strength. The iron-based catalytic butadiene-isoprene rubber is introduced into the tread rubber composite material, so that the tear resistance and the rolling resistance of the rubber composite material are remarkably improved, and along with the increase of the addition amount of the iron-based catalytic butadiene-isoprene rubber, the tear strength of the rubber composite material is continuously improved, and meanwhile, the rolling resistance is continuously reduced; finally, the tread rubber composite material with high tear resistance and low rolling resistance is obtained.
本发明公开了一种高抗撕裂性低滚阻胎面橡胶复合材料及其制备方法,属于橡胶材料及其制备技术领域。本发明的目的是保证橡胶材料具有优异的力学强度条件下,进一步提升橡胶材料有效阻尼温域和阻尼因子。本发明通过在胎面胶橡胶复合材料中引入铁系催化丁戊橡胶,显著改善了该橡胶复合材料的抗撕裂性能和滚阻性能,且随着铁系催化丁戊橡胶加入量的提升,橡胶复合材料的撕裂强度不断升高,同时滚阻性能也不断降低,最终获得了兼具高抗撕裂性和低滚阻性能的胎面橡胶复合材料。
