The invention provides a low-rolling-resistance composite material and a preparation method thereof, a low-rolling-resistance tread rubber material containing the composite material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of tire processing, the low-rolling-resistance composite material is mainly composed of white carbon black and a silane coupling agent, and the preparation method comprises the step of stirring and reacting the white carbon black and the silane coupling agent for 1-10 h. According to the low-rolling-resistance composite material disclosed by the invention, the silane coupling agent is compounded with the white carbon black, and the surface of the white carbon black is correspondingly treated by utilizing the silane coupling agent, so that agglomeration of the white carbon black is reduced, the dispersity of the white carbon black is more excellent, the uniformity is improved, and the related performance of subsequent continuous application of the white carbon black is favorably improved.

    本发明提供了一种低滚阻复合材料及其制备方法,包含该复合材料的低滚阻胎面胶料及其制备方法,涉及轮胎加工领域,该低滚阻复合材料主要由白炭黑和硅烷偶联剂组成,制备方法包括:白炭黑和硅烷偶联剂搅拌反应1‑10h后,即可。本发明的低滚阻复合材料通过将硅烷偶联剂与白炭黑复合,利用硅烷偶联剂对白炭黑的表面进行相应的处理后,减少了白炭黑的团聚,使得白炭黑的分散性更为优异,均一度提高,有利于提高后续其继续应用的相关性能。
