The rubber composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of carbon black N234 and 60-70 parts of precipitated white carbon black HD165MP, wherein the matrix rubber is 20-30 parts of natural rubber TSR20/STR20, 70-80 parts of non-oil-extended solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber SSBR, 9.6-11.2 parts of bis [gamma (triethoxysilyl) propyl] tetrasulfide Si69, 1-2 parts of microcrystalline wax Antilux111, 2-3 parts of zinc oxide ZnO, 2-3 parts ofstearic acid SAD, 10-20 parts of environment-friendly aromatic oil V700 and 0.3-1.1 parts of a low rolling resistance modifier OCST. According to the invention, through the application of the low-rolling-resistance modifier OCST, the high-dispersity precipitated white carbon black is well dispersed in a non-oil-extended solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber SSBR (mark number NS615) matrix.
