    本发明公开了一种具有高耐磨高抗撕裂性能的工程轮胎胎面胶及其制备方法,属于矿用工程机械轮胎胎面胶技术领域。其技术方案为:以重量份计,包括以下组分:橡胶组分100份、炭黑40‑60份、橡胶延展剂ZJ‑990 3‑5份、烷基苯酚增粘树脂或对特辛基苯酚甲醛增粘树脂2‑3份、橡胶撕裂改性剂KS‑900 3‑5份、对苯二胺及酮胺类防老剂3‑5份、微晶蜡1‑2份、氧化锌3‑5份、硬脂酸1‑2份、硫磺1.4‑2.4份、促进剂1.0‑2.0份。本发明能够显著提升胎面胶的耐磨性能和抗破坏能力,降低由于不耐磨易撕裂导致的产品寿命偏低问题,从而提供更高的产品寿命,提高矿山开采效率,为客户带来更高的价值。
