The invention relates to high-performance and high-wear-resistance tire tread rubber and a preparation method thereof. The tire tread rubber is prepared from the following raw materials: natural rubber, carbon black, white carbon black, graphene, nano aluminum oxide, zinc oxide, stearic acid, a silane coupling agent, an anti-aging agent, a dispersing agent, an accelerant, a scorch retarder and sulfur. Nano-alumina and a silane coupling agent are subjected to a chemical reaction, the binding force between the nano-alumina and rubber is enhanced, the binding force between rubber macromolecular chains is enhanced, graphene is a two-dimensional nano-carbon material, a small amount of oxygen-containing groups on the surface are combined with the rubber macromolecular chains in a rubber vulcanization reaction, and the binding force between the rubber macromolecular chains is also enhanced; according to the tread rubber, through the synergistic effect of all the raw materials, the wear resistance and physical performance of the tread rubber are improved, and the preparation method is simple and suitable for large-scale production.

    本发明涉及一种高性能、高耐磨的轮胎胎面胶及其制备方法,所述的轮胎胎面胶包括如下原料:天然橡胶、炭黑、白炭黑、石墨烯、纳米氧化铝、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硅烷偶联剂、防老剂、分散剂、促进剂、防焦剂和硫磺。本发明中纳米氧化铝与硅烷偶联剂进行化学反应,增强了其与橡胶的结合力,橡胶大分子链之间结合力增强,石墨烯为二维纳米碳材料,表面少量含氧基团在橡胶硫化反应中与橡胶大分子链结合,同样增强了橡胶大分子链之间的结合力,本发明的胎面胶通过各原料的协同作用,提高了胎面胶的耐磨性和物理性能,本发明的制备方法简单,适合大规模生产。
