The invention discloses a rubber composite material with high air tightness and tear resistance as well as a preparation method and application of the rubber composite material. The invention belongs to the field of rubber materials and preparation thereof. The invention aims to solve the technical problems of poor processability, low elasticity and poorer tear resistance of the existing rubber material for the inner liner. The material is prepared from olefin rubber, carbon black, sulfur, a vulcanization accelerator, a vulcanization accelerator, an anti-aging agent and naphthenic oil. The olefin rubber is formed by mixing natural rubber, brominated butyl rubber and iron-based butadiene-isoprene rubber, the molecular weight of the iron-based butadiene-isoprene rubber is 20-50w, the molecular weight distribution is 2.5-4.0, and the sum of the content of vinyl and allyl side groups is 60-80%. The material disclosed by the invention is applied as rubber for an inner liner of a tire tread. The iron-based butadiene-isoprene rubber with low molecular weight, wide molecular weight distribution and high side group content is introduced into a rubber system, so that advantage complementation is realized, and the composite material with excellent comprehensive performance is obtained.

    一种兼具高气密性和抗撕裂性的橡胶复合材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明属于橡胶材料及其制备领域。本发明的目的是为了解决现有气密层用橡胶材料加工性差、弹性低和抗撕裂性能较差的技术问题。本发明的材料由烯烃类橡胶、炭黑、硫磺、硫化促进剂、硫化促进助剂、防老剂、环烷油制备而成。烯烃类橡胶由天然橡胶、溴化丁基胶、铁系丁戊橡胶混合而成,铁系丁戊橡胶分子量为20~50w,分子量分布为2.5~4.0,乙烯基和丙烯基侧基含量之和为60~80%。本发明的材料作为轮胎胎面气密层用胶应用。本发明通过在橡胶体系中引入低分子量、宽分子量分布、高侧基含量的铁系丁戊橡胶,实现了优势互补,从而获得了一种综合性能优异的复合材料。
