The invention provides a high-wear-resistance rubber composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of rubber. The high-wear-resistance rubber composite material provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials: benzodipyrrolidone (BDP), natural rubber, white carbon black, stearic acid, zinc oxide, a silane coupling agent, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, diphenylguanidine and sulfur. According to the prepared high-wear-resistance rubber composite material, on the premise of keeping rolling resistance and reinforcing effect, the wear resistance of the rubber composite material is remarkably improved, and the defect that the wear resistance is insufficient when white carbon black is applied to tread rubber of a green tire can be overcome. Therefore, the invention has potential application value in the development field of high-wear-resistance rubber products, especially tire tread rubber.
本发明提供了一种高耐磨橡胶复合材料及其制备方法和应用,属于橡胶技术领域。本发明所提供的高耐磨橡胶复合材料的制备原料包括苯并二吡咯烷酮(BDP)、天然橡胶、白炭黑、硬脂酸、氧化锌、硅烷偶联剂、N‑环己基‑2‑苯并噻唑次磺酰胺、二苯胍和硫黄。本发明所制备出的高耐磨橡胶复合材料在保持滚动阻力和补强效果的前提下,显著提升橡胶复合材料的耐磨性,可弥补白炭黑应用于“绿色轮胎”胎面胶时耐磨性不足的弱点。因此,本发明在高耐磨橡胶制品,尤其是轮胎胎面胶的开发领域中具有潜在应用价值。
