The end, close to the supporting frame, of the second rotating shaft penetrates through the upper portion of one side of the rear end of the supporting frame, the end, away from the worm wheel, of the second rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a winding shaft, and the end, away from the second rotating shaft, of the winding shaft is rotationally connected to the upper portion of the front end of the supporting frame.
