The invention discloses an intelligent photovoltaic cleaning inspection vehicle which comprises an intelligent integrated control system, a movable chassis, a mechanical arm system and a cleaning assembly, the mechanical arm system comprises a mechanical arm and a mechanical arm driving mechanism, the lower end of the mechanical arm is connected to the movable chassis, and the upper end of the mechanical arm is connected with the cleaning assembly; the mechanical arm driving mechanism can drive the mechanical arm to move; the intelligent integrated control system is used for planning a vehicle driving route; the control module is further used for controlling the mechanical arm to ascend and descend according to feedback information in the vehicle running process and pressure and visual information fed back by the mechanical arm and the cleaning assembly. The cleaning assembly comprises an image acquisition module, a dust collection module and a water washing module, the dust collection module is used for collecting and sweeping the surface of the photovoltaic panel, the image acquisition module is used for acquiring image data, and the intelligent integrated control system is further used for controlling the water washing module to carry out water washing. The surface of the photovoltaic panel can be effectively cleaned under complex road conditions in arid and semi-arid areas, personnel dependence is reduced, and the cleaning device is safer and more reliable.

    本发明公开了一种智能光伏清洁巡检车,包括智能集成控制系统、可移动底盘、机械臂系统和清洗组件,其中,机械臂系统包括机械臂和机械臂驱动机构,机械臂的下端连接至可移动底盘,上端连接清洗组件,机械臂驱动机构能够驱动机械臂移动;智能集成控制系统用于规划车辆行驶路线;还用于根据车辆行驶过程中的反馈信息及机械臂和清洗组件反馈的压力和视觉信息,控制机械臂升降;清洗组件包括图像采集模块、吸尘模块和水洗模块,其中,吸尘模块用于对光伏面板表面进行吸扫,图像采集模块用于获取图像数据,智能集成控制系统还用于控制水洗模块进行水洗。本发明能够在干旱及半干旱地区复杂路况下有效清洁光伏面板表面,减少人员依赖,更加安全可靠。
