PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable inspection of various kinds of solar battery modules by an inspection vehicle.SOLUTION: A solar battery module 4 as an inspection target is fed to and mounted on a position below a lighting plate 221 on a roller table 222 through an opening below an operation panel 23 behind an inspection device 2 fixedly mounted in a load chamber of a vehicle 1 of a van type while using a roller conveyor function of the roller table 222, and then a solar battery module 44 is illuminated with pseudo sun light by two illumination plates 221, thereby inspecting power generation characteristic, etc. of the solar battery module (a). A thermal image of the solar battery module 4 mounted on the roller table 222 is picked up by a thermal image camera 225 while the thermal image camera 225 is moved by using a camera moving actuator 2251 under the state that two illumination plates 221 are opened like a double door by driving an air cylinder 223, thereby performing detection of cracks, inspection of power generation failure, etc. of the solar battery module 4 based on the temperature (b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】検査車両で多様な太陽電池モジュールの検査を可能とする。【解決手段】バンタイプの自動車1の荷室に固定設置した検査装置2の後方の操作盤23の下方の開口を通して、ローラ台222のローラコンベヤ機能を利用しつつ検査対象の太陽電池モジュール4をローラ台222上の照明板221の下方の位置に移送して載せ置いた上で、2枚の照明板221で疑似太陽光で太陽電池モジュール44を照明して、その発電特性等を検査する(a)。また、二枚の照明板221をエアシリンダ223を駆動して観音開き状に開いた状態で、カメラ移動アクチュエータ2251を用いて移動しながら熱画像カメラ225で、ローラ台222に載せ置いた太陽電池モジュール4の熱画像を撮影して、太陽電池モジュール4の、温度に基づくクラック検出や発電不良等の検査を行う(b)。【選択図】図5
