The invention relates to the field of building construction, discloses an anti-collision operation method and device based on tower cranes, control equipment and a storage medium, and aims at measuring the distance between the tower cranes through a positioning module, improving the positioning precision between the tower cranes and improving the response speed and safety of a tower group. The method comprises the following steps: sending a first broadcast message through a first tower arm positioning module; a first tower hook response message sent by the first tower hook positioning module, a second tower hook response message sent by the second tower hook positioning module and a tower arm response message sent by the second tower arm positioning module are obtained; according to the first broadcast message, the first tower hook response message, the second tower hook response message and the tower arm response message, measuring the distance between the positioning modules to obtain a plurality of measurement distances; judging whether the first tower crane and the second tower crane have a collision risk or not according to the plurality of measurement distances; and if the collision risk exists between the first tower crane and the second tower crane, the first tower crane and the second tower crane are controlled and adjusted.

    本发明涉及建筑施工领域,公开了基于塔吊的防碰撞作业方法、装置、控制设备及存储介质,用于通过定位模组测量塔吊之间的距离,提高了塔吊之间的定位精度,提高了塔群的响应速度和安全性。方法包括:通过第一塔臂定位模组发送第一广播消息;获取第一塔钩定位模组发送的第一塔钩响应消息,第二塔钩定位模组发送的第二塔钩响应消息,以及第二塔臂定位模组发送的塔臂响应消息;根据第一广播消息、第一塔钩响应消息、第二塔钩响应消息和塔臂响应消息测量各个定位模组之间的距离,得到多个测量距离;根据多个测量距离判断第一塔吊和第二塔吊是否存在碰撞风险;若第一塔吊和第二塔吊之间存在碰撞风险,则对第一塔吊和第二塔吊进行控制调整。
