The invention discloses an anti-collision method for tower cranes. The anti-collision method comprises the following steps: transmitting own state data among a plurality of tower cranes through a wireless protocol; after the tower crane receives the data of other tower cranes, data analysis and calculation are carried out; according to data analysis and calculation and a set distance threshold value, whether a collision risk exists between the two tower cranes or not is judged, and if the risk exists, a corresponding judgment state and a control warning are judged; the collision risks comprise collision risks existing between the two tower cranes and collision risks between large arms of the two tower cranes, between the tower crane and a tail arm of a remote tower crane and between the remote tower crane and the tail arm of the tower crane. By analyzing the state of the tower crane and the state of the remote tower crane, whether the collision risk exists in the current state of the two tower cranes or not is obtained, and early warning, alarm or control signals are output according to the analysis result so as to prevent collision accidents.

    本发明公开了一种塔机防碰撞方法,包括以下步骤:多个塔机之间通过无线协议传输自身状态数据;当塔机接收到其它塔机的数据后,进行数据解析与计算;根据数据解析与计算以及设定的距离阀值,判定两塔机之间是否存在碰撞风险,若存在风险,则判断对应的判定状态和控制警告;碰撞风险包括两塔机之间存在的碰撞风险包括两塔机的大臂、本塔机与远程塔机尾臂、远程塔机与本塔机尾臂之间的碰撞风险。本发明通过对本塔机状态及远程塔机状态进行分析,得出两塔机当前状态是否存在碰撞风险,根据分析结果输出预警、报警或控制信号,以防止碰撞事故的发生。
