The embodiment of the invention provides an anti-collision method for a tower crane, a controller, a device and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of tower group safety control, the method comprises the following steps: respectively obtaining first position information of a first feature part of a target tower crane and second position information of a second feature part of an interference tower crane; according to the first position information, the second position information and the motion freedom degree of the first feature part, whether a collision point exists between the target tower crane and the interference tower crane or not is judged; under the condition that a collision point exists between the target tower crane and the interference tower crane, collision point information is determined; and performing anti-collision control on the target tower crane according to the collision point information and the real-time states of the first feature part and the second feature part. The possible collision condition of the target tower crane and the interference tower crane is determined according to the position information and the motion freedom degree of the feature part, so that the collision detection accuracy of the tower crane is improved, and the collision prevention control efficiency of the tower crane is improved.

    本发明实施例提供一种用于塔机的防碰撞方法、控制器、装置及存储介质,属于塔群安全控制技术领域,该方法包括:分别获取目标塔机的第一特征部件的第一位置信息以及干涉塔机的第二特征部件的第二位置信息;根据第一位置信息、第二位置信息和第一特征部件的运动自由度,判断目标塔机与干涉塔机之间是否存在碰撞点;在目标塔机与干涉塔机之间存在碰撞点的情况下,确定碰撞点信息;根据碰撞点信息以及第一特征部件和第二特征部件的实时状态,对目标塔机进行防碰撞控制。本发明根据特征部件的位置信息和运动自由度确定目标塔机与干涉塔机可能发生的碰撞情况,从而提高塔机碰撞检测的准确度,进而提高塔机防碰撞控制效率。
