The latent jacking AGV based on the three-screw-rod structure comprises a vehicle body, the top of the vehicle body is movably connected with a second-stage lifting table, an inner cavity of the vehicle body is fixedly connected with a fixing rod, the top end of the fixing rod is slidably connected with a first telescopic rod, and the surface of the first telescopic rod is fixedly connected with a first-stage lifting table; a first motor is fixedly connected to an inner cavity of the vehicle body, and the first motor drives a first-stage screw driving assembly driving the first-stage lifting table to ascend and descend through a gear set. According to the latent jacking AGV based on the three-screw-rod structure, multi-stage lifting is achieved, a lifting mechanism is integrated in a small space, the lifting height is higher, the vehicle body 1 is supported while lifting is conducted, the stability of the AGV during object carrying is enhanced, and the phenomenon that objects incline is avoided.

    本发明公开了基于三丝杆结构的潜伏顶升AGV,包括车体,所述车体的顶部活动连接有二级升降台,所述车体的内腔固定连接有固定杆,所述固定杆的顶端滑动连接有第一伸缩杆,所述第一伸缩杆的表面固定连接有一级升降台,所述车体的内腔固定连接有第一电机,所述第一电机通过齿轮组驱动带动一级升降台升降的一级螺杆驱动组件,本发明涉及AGV技术领域。该基于三丝杆结构的潜伏顶升AGV,多级升降,在小空间内将升降机构集成,升起的高度更高,并且在升高的同时对车体1进行支撑,增强了其搬运物体时的稳定性,不会发生物体倾斜的现象。
