The invention provides a connecting rod jacking type AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle). The connecting rod jacking type AGV comprises a chassis frame, wherein the upper part of the chassis frame is connected with a jacking base with a raised mounting surface; the left side and the right side of the upper portion of the chassis frame are provided with a group of parallel four-rod mechanisms respectively; each group of parallel four-rod mechanisms is a parallelogram formed by connecting four hinge points; each parallelogram is provided with an upper hinge point and a lower hinge point; the two hinge points located on the lower portions are hinged to the jacking base through short swing rods respectively; the hinge point located on the upper portion is hinged to a fixed connecting rod fixedly arranged on the jacking base through a long swing rod; the hinge point on the lower portion of one parallelogram is hinged to a rocker in transmission connection with a jacking motor through a driving connecting rod; the two groups of parallel four-rod mechanisms correspond to each other to form an upper horizontal plane and a lower horizontal plane which are parallel to each other; a jacking platform is arranged on the upper horizontal plane; and the jacking motor drives the parallel four-rod mechanisms to swing forward and backward to achieve lifting of the jacking platform. The parallel four-rod mechanisms are adopted, so that the connecting rod jacking type AGV has the advantages of being good in balance, high in transmission efficiency, large in load and the like.

    本发明提供了一种连杆顶升式AGV小车,包括底盘架,其上部连接有安装面升高的顶升基座,其上方左右两侧各设一组平行四杆机构,每组平行四杆机构为通过四个铰点连接而成的平行四边形;每个平行四边形具有上下各两个铰点,位于下部的两个铰点各通过一短摆杆与顶升基座铰接,位于上部的一个铰点,通过一长摆杆与固设于顶升基座上的固定连杆铰接;其中一个平行四边形下部的一个铰点,通过驱动连杆和与顶升电机传动连接的摇杆铰接,两组所述平行四杆机构相互对应形成上下两个平行的水平面,上部水平面处设有顶升平台,顶升电机驱动平行四杆机构前后摆动实现顶升平台升降。本发明采用平行四杆机构,具有平衡性好、传动效率高、载重大等优点。
