The invention discloses a low-rolling-resistance deflection-resistant sidewall rubber composition for a new energy automobile, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 20 to 50 parts of natural rubber, 50 to 70 parts of functionalized polybutadiene rubber, 10 to 15 parts of trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber, 5 to 15 parts of liquid rubber, 30 to 60 parts of carbon black, 5 to 15 parts of white carbon black, 0.4 to 8 parts of silane coupling agent and 5 to 8 parts of anti-aging agent. The rubber composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1.5 to 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1.5 to 2 parts of stearic acid, 0.5 to 3 parts of sulfur, 0.5 to 3 parts of accelerant and 0.1 to 5 parts of multifunctional vulcanizing aid. According to the sidewall rubber composition provided by the invention, the functionalized polybutadiene rubber, the liquid rubber, the trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber and the multifunctional vulcanizing aid are introduced, and all the components have a synergistic effect, so that the heat generation of a rubber material is reduced, the bending and winding resistance of the rubber material is improved, a tire has lower rolling resistance, the energy consumption of a new energy automobile is reduced, and the service life of the tire is prolonged. Therefore, the endurance mileage is increased, and the method can be widely applied to preparation of tires of new energy automobiles.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车用低滚阻耐曲挠胎侧橡胶组合物,以质量计,包括以下组分:20‑50份的天然橡胶,50‑70份的功能化聚丁二烯橡胶,10‑15份的反式丁戊橡胶,5‑15份的液体橡胶,30‑60份的炭黑,5‑15份的白炭黑,0.4‑8份的硅烷偶联剂,5‑8份的防老剂,1.5‑5份的氧化锌,1.5‑2份的硬脂酸,0.5‑3份的硫磺,0.5‑3份的促进剂,0.1‑5份的多功能硫化助剂。本发明提供的胎侧橡胶组合物引入了功能化聚丁二烯橡胶、液体橡胶、反式丁戊橡胶、多功能硫化助剂,各组分协同作用,降低了胶料的生热,提高了胶料的耐曲绕性能,使轮胎具有更低的滚动阻力,降低了新能源汽车的耗能,从而提升了续航里程,可广泛应用于新能源汽车的轮胎制备中。
