The invention discloses a low-rolling-resistance early-stage wax spraying sidewall rubber composition, sidewall rubber and a preparation method, and relates to the technical field of tire rubber material preparation. The sidewall rubber composition with low rolling resistance and early wax spraying is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1 to 100 parts of natural rubber, 45 to 55 parts of butadiene rubber, 20 to 100 parts of white carbon black, 2 to 10 parts of silane coupling agent, 3.5 parts of anti-aging agent 4020, 3.5 parts of zinc oxide, 2.5 parts of stearic acid, 1 part of anti-aging agent RD, 3 parts of tackifying resin, 15 to 30 parts of carbon black, 2.2 parts of insoluble sulfur, 0.8 to 1.5 parts of accelerant and 1.5 to 2.5 parts of protective wax. The sidewall rubber material prepared by adopting master batches of the white carbon black and the natural rubber as well as the rare earth butadiene rubber and the carbon black with low specific surface area is low in hysteresis, low in heat generation and low in tire rolling resistance; the rubber material does not contain operating oil, the physical property and flexural fatigue meet the design requirements, the blooming resistance is improved, the blooming probability is greatly reduced, the tire appearance is improved, and meanwhile the long-acting protection performance is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种低滚阻抗早期喷蜡的胎侧胶组合物、胎侧胶和制备方法,涉及轮胎胶料制备技术领域。所述低滚阻抗早期喷蜡的胎侧胶组合物,按重量份数计,包括:天然橡胶1‑100份,顺丁橡胶45‑55份,白炭黑20‑100份,硅烷偶联剂2‑10份,防老剂40203.5份,氧化锌3.5份,硬脂酸2.5份,防老剂RD1份,增粘树脂3份,炭黑15‑30份,不溶性硫磺2.2份,促进剂0.8‑1.5份,防护蜡1.5‑2.5份。本发明采用白炭黑和天然橡胶的母胶,并用稀土顺丁橡胶以及低比表面积炭黑,制备的胎侧胶料滞后低,生热低,轮胎滚动阻力低;胶料中不含操作油,物性及屈挠疲劳均满足设计要求,而且提高抗喷霜性能,大大减少喷霜发生的几率,改善轮胎外观,同时保证长效防护性能。
