The invention relates to the technical field of composite materials, in particular to a sidewall rubber composition, sidewall rubber and a tire. The sidewall rubber provided by the invention contains the environment-friendly bio-based itaconate rubber, natural rubber or butadiene rubber in a traditional sidewall formula is equivalently replaced by the bio-based itaconate rubber, the dependence on petrochemical raw materials is reduced, energy conservation and carbon reduction are facilitated, and meanwhile, the obtained sidewall rubber composite material has excellent physical and mechanical properties and can be applied to the field of sidewall rubber. Especially, the material has outstanding fatigue resistance and aging resistance, low heat generation and rolling resistance, and other basic mechanical properties also meet the requirements. In addition, the sidewall rubber is simple in processing technology and low in equipment requirement. Experiments show that the sidewall rubber with high fatigue resistance, low compression heat generation and low rolling resistance is successfully prepared, the flex fatigue resistance times of the sidewall rubber prepared by taking aromatic hydrocarbon oil and petroleum resin as plasticizers can reach 5 million or more, and the compression heat generation can be reduced to 10 DEG C or below.

    本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,具体是胎侧胶组合物、胎侧胶和轮胎。本发明提供的胎侧胶包含环保型生物基衣康酸酯橡胶,以该生物基衣康酸酯橡胶等量替代传统胎侧配方中的天然橡胶或顺丁橡胶,降低对石化原料的依赖性,有利于节能减碳,同时得到的胎侧胶复合材料具有优异的物理机械性能,尤其具有突出的耐疲劳、耐老化性能,生热和滚动阻力也较低,而且其他基本力学性能也满足要求。此外,所述的胎侧胶加工工艺简单,对设备要求较低。实验表明,本发明成功制得具有高的耐疲劳性能、低压缩生热和低滚阻的胎侧胶,其中以芳烃油和石油树脂为增塑剂制得的胎侧胶的耐屈挠疲劳次数可达500万次以上,压缩生热可降至10℃以下。
