The invention provides a white sidewall rubber composition, white sidewall rubber and a tire. The white sidewall rubber composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 40 parts of natural rubber, 50 to 70 parts of halogenated butyl rubber, 5 to 15 parts of ethylene propylene rubber, 30 to 60 parts of kaolin, 30 to 60 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.5 to 2.5 parts of stearic acid, 0.6 to 3.2 parts of anti-aging agent, 4.0 to 6.0 parts of zinc oxide and 0.6 to 1.5 parts of sulfur. The natural rubber, the halogenated butyl rubber and the ethylene propylene rubber with the weight parts in the range are beneficial to fully exerting the mutual synergistic effect of the three kinds of rubber, so that the overall aging resistance of the white sidewall rubber is in a critical equilibrium state; therefore, surface white sidewall rubber macromolecules can be subjected to slow chain scission and cracking under the action of ultraviolet light and ozone, so that the tire can keep a pure white color for a long time.

    本发明提供了一种白胎侧橡胶组合物、白胎侧橡胶及轮胎。以重量份数计,该白胎侧橡胶组合物包括20~40份的天然橡胶、50~70份的卤化丁基橡胶、5~15份的乙丙橡胶、30~60份的高岭土、30~60份的钛白粉、0.5~2.5份的硬脂酸、0.6~3.2份的防老剂、4.0~6.0份的氧化锌以及0.6~1.5份的硫磺。具有上述范围的天然橡胶、卤化丁基橡胶和乙丙橡胶的重量份数有助于充分发挥三种橡胶之间的相互协同配合作用,使得白胎侧橡胶的整体耐老化性能处于临界平衡状态,从而使表层白胎侧橡胶大分子在紫外光及臭氧的作用下可缓慢断链和裂解,进而使得轮胎能够长久保持洁白的色泽。
