PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for white sidewall configured to improve a balance of white uniformity and resistance to color change or fading to a level higher than a conventional level.SOLUTION: In a rubber composition, a rubber constituent 100 pts.wt. including 30-60 wt.% of natural rubber, 20-50 wt.% of butyl rubber and/or halogenated butyl rubber, and 10-30 wt.% of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber is blended with 15-50 pts.wt. of titanium oxide, 3-7 pts.wt. of wax and 1-10 pts.wt. of farnesene polymer. The ratio (A/B) of the blending amount A pts.wt. of the titanium oxide and the compounding amount B pts.wt. of the farnesene polymer is 5-15.

    【課題】白色均一性および耐変退色性のバランスを従来レベル以上に向上するようにしたホワイトサイドウォール用ゴム組成物を提供する。【解決手段】天然ゴムを30〜60重量%、ブチルゴムおよび/またはハロゲン化ブチルゴムを20〜50重量%、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴムを10〜30重量%含むゴム成分100重量部に対し、酸化チタンを15〜50重量部、ワックスを3〜7重量部、ファルネセン重合体を1〜10重量部配合するとともに、前記酸化チタンの配合量A重量部と前記ファルネセン重合体の配合量B重量部の比(A/B)が5以上15以下であることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
