The invention relates to high-tear, ozone-resistant and deflection-resistant tire sidewall rubber and a preparation method thereof. The sidewall rubber comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-65 parts of natural rubber; 35 to 60 parts of cis-butadiene rubber; 5-20 parts of high-strength reclaimed rubber; 40 to 100 parts of carbon black; 0-15 parts of calcium carbonate; 2-5 parts of zinc oxide; 1.5 to 7.5 parts of an anti-aging agent; 1-3 parts of stearic acid; 1-3 parts of protective wax; 4-10 parts of rubber filling oil; 3-8 parts of tackifying resin; 0.5 to 3 parts of accelerant; 1-4 parts of a vulcanizing agent; and 0-1 part of a scorch retarder. Compared with the prior art, the nano regenerated carbon black is used for replacing carbon black N660 to improve the tear and elongation at break of the sidewall formula, the inorganic filler calcium carbonate is further replaced to improve the ozone resistance of the sidewall, and the prepared tire can improve the tear resistance and flexure crack resistance of the sidewall and prolong the service life of the tire in the use process; and the renovating capability is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种高撕裂、耐臭氧及抗曲挠轮胎胎侧胶及其制备方法,胎侧胶包括以下组分及重量份含量:天然橡胶40~65份;顺丁胶35~60份;高强力再生胶5~20份;炭黑40~100份;碳酸钙0~15份;氧化锌2~5份;防老剂1.5~7.5份;硬脂酸1~3份;防护蜡1~3份;橡胶填充油4~10份;增粘树脂3~8份;促进剂0.5~3份;硫化剂1~4份;防焦剂0~1份。与现有技术相比,本发明通过使用纳米再生炭黑替代炭黑N660提高了胎侧配方撕裂和扯断伸长率,通过进一步替代无机填料碳酸钙提高胎侧耐臭氧性能,所制备的轮胎在使用过程中可以提高轮胎胎侧抗撕裂及曲挠裂口、提高轮胎的使用寿命,达到可翻新能力。
