The invention relates to the technical field of tire rubber, in particular to a tear-resistant tread rubber composition, a mixing method and a tire thereof. The tear-resistant tread rubber composition is prepared by mixing the following raw materials based on 100 parts by weight of raw rubber: 30-60 parts of natural rubber, 10-50 parts of styrene butadiene rubber I, 10-30 parts of SPB-containing butadiene rubber, 10-25 parts of styrene butadiene rubber II, 30-80 parts of carbon black, 10-30 parts of white carbon black, 1-10 parts of a silane coupling agent and 5-25 parts of resin, and a proper amount of an anti-aging agent, an active agent, microcrystalline wax, an accelerant and a vulcanizing agent. By compounding the four kinds of rubber, the tear resistance of the rubber composition is effectively improved, meanwhile, the lower rolling resistance of the rubber composition is kept, and the tear resistance of the rubber composition can be further enhanced through the butadiene rubber containing the SPB.

    本发明涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种抗撕裂胎面橡胶组合物、混炼方法及其轮胎。一种抗撕裂胎面橡胶组合物,所述橡胶组合物按100重量份生胶计包括以下组分的原料混炼制备得到:天然橡胶30~60份、丁苯橡胶Ⅰ10~50份、含SPB顺丁橡胶10~30份、丁苯橡胶Ⅱ10~25份、炭黑30~80份、白炭黑10~30份、硅烷偶联剂1~10份、树脂5~25份,以及适量的防老剂、活性剂、微晶蜡、促进剂和硫化剂。本发明通过四种橡胶的复配,有效提高橡胶组合物的抗撕裂性能,同时保持其较低的滚动阻力,含SPB的顺丁橡胶能够进一步增强其抗撕裂性能。
