The invention relates to the technical field of tire rubber manufacturing, and discloses a lunar vehicle tire tread rubber composition, a mixing method thereof and a tire. The rubber composition is prepared by mixing the following raw materials based on 100 parts by weight of raw rubber: 25-75 parts by weight of silicone rubber, 10-45 parts by weight of fluororubber, 15-30 parts by weight of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 30-50 parts by weight of carbon black, 2-8 parts by weight of an active agent and 2-4 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent. The tread rubber composition has excellent weather resistance and high and low temperature resistance, can obviously improve the high and low temperature resistance, and ensures that the tread of the lunar rover tire does not generate large deformation quantity at low temperature (as low as-100 DEG C) and high temperature (as high as 140 DEG C).
