A travel switch is arranged in the middle of the swing rod, and one side of the interior of the fixed support is connected with a stop plate. The device is simple, reasonable and stable in structure, easy to operate, convenient to install, maintain and adjust, the false triggering situation caused by abnormal vibration can be reduced, vibration energy can be consumed through a rubber structure, the influence of the long-term vibration working condition on components such as the detection cross beam is reduced, the service life of the components is prolonged, and the practicability of the device is enhanced; the consumption cost of an enterprise is reduced, higher benefits are brought to the enterprise, and fatigue damage of components such as the detection cross beam caused by long-term severe vibration working conditions and reduction of the service life are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆接触式障碍物检测装置,包括检测横梁,检测横梁的两端对称设置有安装座,安装座的一侧连接有夹持组件,夹持组件的中部连接有摆杆,摆杆的外侧套设有固定支座,摆杆的顶部设置有橡胶节点,摆杆的中部设置有行程开关,固定支座的内部一侧连接有止挡板。本发明结构简单合理稳定,操作简单,同时安装与维护方便,便于调节,不仅可以降低由于异常震动造成的误触发情况,还可利用橡胶结构消耗振动能量,降低检测横梁等部件受长期振动工况的影响,提高部件的使用寿命,增强装置的实用性,降低企业的消耗成本,为企业带来更高的收益,避免由于长期的恶劣振动工况造成检测横梁等部件的疲劳损伤,减少其使用寿命。
