The invention relates to the technical field of robots, in particular to a robot system based on machine vision. Comprising a robot body, a CCD camera, an unmanned aerial vehicle, an unmanned aerial vehicle camera and an angle adjusting mechanism, the angle adjusting mechanism comprises a rotating assembly and an overturning assembly, in the advancing process of the robot body, when the CCD camera is used for collecting image information in the advancing process, the rotating assembly is started, a rotating disc is driven by a driven tooth part to rotate on a base, and the rotating disc rotates on the base; the overturning assembly is started, the installation arm is driven to overturn on the overturning frame through the transmission gear, and therefore the shooting range and the shooting angle of the CCD camera on the installation arm are adjusted, and the CCD camera can collect surrounding environment image information more comprehensively. And the interference on the advancing of the robot due to the error between the image information uploaded to the data processor of the robot body and the image information of the planned advancing route is avoided.

    本发明涉及机器人技术领域,具体涉及一种基于机器视觉的机器人系统;包括机器人本体、CCD相机、无人机、无人机摄像头和角度调节机构,角度调节机构包括转动组件和翻转组件,当机器人本体在行进过程中,利用CCD相机采集行进过程中的图像信息时,启动转动组件,通过从动齿部带动转动盘在座体上转动,启动翻转组件,通过传动齿轮,带动安装臂在翻转框上翻转,从而调节安装臂上的CCD相机的拍摄范围和拍摄角度,使得CCD相机能够更全面的采集四周的环境图像信息,避免上传至机器人本体的数据处理器的图像信息与规划的行进路线的图像信息存在误差,对机器人的行进造成干扰。
