The invention provides a one-street and one-strategy on-road intelligent parking method. The method comprises the following steps: identifying the category of an on-road parking scene; parking policies of the types corresponding to the roadside parking scenes are executed; the parking policies comprise setting of a parking time period, a parking time length and a stepped charging policy, and/or linkage with other parking scenes around the parking scene on the road to realize parking space sharing; parking time periods, parking durations and stepped charging policies in different types of on-road parking lots are different from conditions of linkage with other parking lots in different types of on-road parking lots in different types of on-road parking lots. According to the method, a parking strategy of one street and one strategy is provided, urban management, regional parking characteristics and requirements of later operation and maintenance are fully considered, specific requirements of different parking subjects for intelligent parking are met, the parking time is effectively shortened, the travel convenience is improved, and the refinement and humanization level of intelligent parking in the new era is fully embodied. The invention further provides a one-street one-strategy in-road intelligent parking device, electronic equipment and a storage medium.

    本公开提供了一种一街一策路内智慧停车方法,包括:识别路内停车场景所属类别;执行与路内停车场景对应类别的停车政策;停车政策包括设置停车时段、停车时长和阶梯式计费政策,和/或,与路内停车场景周边的其它停车场景联动,实现车位共享;在不同类别路内停车场景中停车时段、停车时长、阶梯式计费政策和与在其他停车场景联动的条件不同。该方法提出了“一街一策”停车策略,充分考虑了城市治理、区域停车特点和后期运营维护的需求,满足了不同停车主体对智慧停车的特定需求,有效降低了停车时间,提高了出行的便捷性,充分体现了新时代智慧停车的精细化、人性化水平。本公开还提供了一种一街一策路内智慧停车装置、电子设备和存储介质。
