The ashore positioning device comprises a cable rack, a first motor is mounted on the side wall of the cable rack and drives a winding roller to rotate, and a positioning cable is wound on the winding roller; the water surface positioning device comprises a floating plate, an extension plate, a waterproof box and a mounting shell, and a driving mechanism is arranged in an inner cavity of the floating plate; the installation shell is arranged at the top end of the floating plate, the waterproof box is connected with the top end of the installation shell, a limiting base is arranged in the installation shell, the side wall of the limiting base is connected with a spring, the pull wire is wound around the rotating shaft, and the other end of the pull wire penetrates through the limiting base and the floating plate to be connected with the underwater robot body. According to the invention, the positioning cable can be quickly and uniformly wound and unwound; the geographic position of the underwater robot relative to the water surface can be detected, so that the positioning of the underwater robot is more accurate, and the working efficiency is improved.
