The vehicle-mounted rechargeable energy storage device comprises a battery, an electric control module and a charging interface; the vehicle-mounted auxiliary power supply device comprises an engine and a generator; the vehicle-mounted auxiliary power supply device, the vehicle-mounted rechargeable energy storage device and the motor can have five working modes through mutual cooperation: a low-speed mode, a high-speed mode, a mixed low-speed mode, a mixed high-speed mode and an energy recovery mode, and wheels are pushed to walk or a driving rod is driven to carry out loading operation through different working modes. When the electric energy of the vehicle-mounted rechargeable energy storage device is insufficient, the vehicle-mounted auxiliary power supply device is turned on to provide the electric energy for the vehicle-mounted rechargeable energy storage device, so that the range can be extended, and the loading working time can be prolonged.
