The invention discloses an energy consumption control method and system for an extended-range electric loader. The method comprises the steps that system state parameters of a vehicle are obtained; according to the vehicle speed and the vehicle acceleration at the current moment, a speed prediction model based on a recurrent neural network is used for prediction to obtain the vehicle speed of a future time window, and the driving motor demand power of the corresponding time window is obtained through calculation; based on the state of charge of the battery pack at the current moment, the calculated required power of the driving motor of the time window and a predetermined range extender power-optimal fuel consumption mapping model, performing optimization solution on a pre-constructed energy consumption optimization objective function by using a rolling optimization thought of model prediction control and a particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal fuel consumption of the range extender. Obtaining an optimal equivalent factor of the current prediction window, and calculating an optimal output power combination sequence of the range extender and the battery pack; and controlling the power output of the range extender and the battery pack of the prediction window according to the optimal output power combination sequence of the range extender and the battery pack.

    本发明公开了一种增程式电动装载机能耗控制方法及系统,方法包括:获取车辆的系统状态参数;根据当前时刻的车速和车辆加速度,利用基于递归神经网络的速度预测模型进行预测得到未来时间窗口的车速,计算得到对应时间窗口的驱动电机需求功率;基于当前时刻的电池包荷电状态、计算得到的时间窗口的驱动电机需求功率和预确定的增程器功率‑最优油耗映射模型,利用模型预测控制的滚动优化思想和粒子群算法,对预构建的能耗优化目标函数进行优化求解,得到当前预测窗口的最优等效因子,计算出增程器和电池包的最优输出功率组合序列;根据所述增程器和电池包的最优输出功率组合序列,对预测窗口的增程器和电池包的功率输出进行控制。
