The invention discloses an extended-range loader energy management control method and system and an extended-range loader, and the method comprises the steps: updating the predicted pedal opening, vehicle speed and energy storage device SOC according to system state parameters, and obtaining a pedal opening sequence and a vehicle speed and energy storage device SOC sequence set in a prediction window; according to the pre-calibrated pedal opening degree and the demand power mapping curve, a demand power sequence of the driving motor is obtained; calculating an optimal control sequence set in the prediction window according to the vehicle speed, the SOC sequence set of the energy storage device, the demand power sequence of the driving motor, the vehicle system model and the energy consumption optimization objective function; and controlling the loader according to the optimal control sequence at the current moment, and controlling the loader according to the optimal control sequence at the current moment in the newly obtained optimal control sequence set after the loader generates a new state. According to the method, the instantaneous calculation amount of the strategy and the dependence on working condition information are reduced, the real-time performance of the strategy is good, and the energy optimization consistency is high.

    本发明公开了一种增程式装载机能量管理控制方法、系统及增程式装载机,方法包括:根据系统状态参数更新预测踏板开度、车速和储能装置SOC,获得预测窗口内的踏板开度序列以及车速和储能装置SOC序列集合;根据预标定的踏板开度与需求功率映射曲线,获得驱动电机的需求功率序列;根据车速和储能装置SOC序列集合、驱动电机的需求功率序列、车辆系统模型及能耗优化目标函数计算出预测窗口内的最优控制序列集合;根据当前时刻的最优控制序列控制装载机,并在装载机产生新的状态后以新获取的最优控制序列集合中当前时刻的最优控制序列控制装载机。本发明降低了策略的瞬时计算量和对工况信息的依赖性,且策略实时性好、能量优化一致性高。
