An extended-range numerical control connecting rod type electric excavator comprises a vehicle-mounted rechargeable energy storage device, a vehicle-mounted auxiliary power supply device, a motor, a speed reducer, a numerical control connecting rod type excavating mechanism and a rack. The vehicle-mounted auxiliary power supply device comprises an engine, a generator and a power distribution mechanism, the engine is connected with the generator through a clutch, the generator is connected with the motor through the clutch and the power distribution mechanism, and the generator is connected to the vehicle-mounted rechargeable energy storage device. The vehicle-mounted auxiliary power supply device, the vehicle-mounted rechargeable energy storage device and the motor can have five working modes through mutual cooperation: a low-speed mode, a high-speed mode, a mixed low-speed mode, a mixed high-speed mode and an energy recovery mode. When the electric energy of the vehicle-mounted rechargeable energy storage device is insufficient during driving and excavation work, the vehicle-mounted auxiliary power supply device can provide the electric energy for the vehicle-mounted rechargeable energy storage device, the endurance mileage and the excavation work duration are prolonged, and the functions of extending the range and prolonging the excavation work duration are achieved.

    一种增程式数控连杆式电动挖掘机,包括车载可充电储能装置、车载辅助供电装置、电动机、减速器、数控连杆式挖掘机构及机架。车载辅助供电装置包括发动机、发电机和动力分配机构,发动机通过离合连接发电机,发电机通过离合及动力分配机构连接电动机,发电机连接到车载可充电储能装置。车载辅助供电装置和车载可充电储能装置及和电动机之间通过相互配合可以有5种工作模式:低速模式、高速模式、混合低速模式、混合高速模式及能量回收模式。本发明在行驶和挖掘工作中车载可充电储能装置电能不足时,车载辅助供电装置可为车载可充电储能装置提供电能,延长续航里程和挖掘工作时长,实现增程和延长挖掘工作时长的功能。
