The construction equipment comprises a construction plate and a material conveying plate which are located outside a tower body, a moving arc groove is formed in the construction plate, a sliding block is arranged in the moving arc groove, the end of the moving arc groove is away from the material conveying plate, and a moving elevator and a reset protection elevator are arranged at the two ends of the moving arc groove correspondingly. A driving electric cylinder with a telescopic plate is connected to the upper end of the sliding block, two push-pull plates connected with a moving pull rope and a reset protection pull rope correspondingly are arranged in the sliding block in a sliding mode, the series switch set is electrically connected with a first power source and an electromagnet through wires, and an iron plate is inlaid in the inner side wall of a moving arc groove; the construction plate and the material conveying plate are placed on the outer side of the tower body, the advantages of expanding the construction space and reducing potential safety hazards are achieved, the telescopic plate is attached to the outer side of the tower body and rotates around the tower body, the construction efficiency is remarkably improved, the telescopic plate is far away from the material conveying plate when the material conveying plate conveys materials, and the problem that accidents occur in the feeding process is solved.

    本发明公开了一种用于钢筋混凝土风电塔筒施工设备及施工方法,包括位于塔体外的施工板和运料板,且施工板上开设有内部设置滑块、端部远离运料板的运动弧槽,且运动弧槽两端处分别设置运动提升机、复位保护提升机,所述滑块上端连接有带伸缩板的驱动电缸,且滑块内部滑动设置有两个分别与运动拉绳、复位保护拉绳连接的推拉板,所述串联开关组通过导线与第一电源、电磁铁电性连接,且运动弧槽内侧壁镶嵌有铁板,本发明将施工板和运料板放置在塔体外侧,具有扩大施工空间、降低安全隐患的优势,并使得伸缩板贴靠在塔体外侧并围绕塔体旋转,显著提高施工效率,且在运料板转运物料时伸缩板远离运料板,避免送料过程发生事故的问题。
