A second n-shaped bin is arranged on the first n-shaped bin; a top plate is arranged at the top of the second n-shaped bin; the bottom end face of the top plate is fixedly connected with a spraying pipe through a connecting plate. The spraying pipe is fixedly connected with two water inlet pipes; the end faces of the sides, facing the opening of the first n-shaped bin or the opening of the second n-shaped bin, of the top plate, the first inclined plate and the second inclined plate are arc faces with the same diameter, and when the tower drum is cleaned, the arc faces make contact with the outer ring face of the tower drum. According to the invention, by arranging the cleaning assembly, sewage generated during cleaning can be prevented from diffusing along with wind, so that secondary pollution to the tower drum can be avoided.
